Don't Define me... unless it's with this

Eye Defines by Rosie Jane Cosmetics (G'day Mates, an Aussie company!) have a very unique shape that at first glance I thought I was going to hate.  Instead, much to my surprise, I found it fabulous.  These eye pencils have a special square tip which allows for precise lining, and the formula is soft enough for appropriate smokey-eye smudging!  They come in three colors (Beech Tree - a smokey brown, Fern - a luscious green and Grape - a beautiful deep purple).  At $15.00, you really can afford to own all three, but if you have to choose, I'd go for Beech Tree which really is the perfect color for anyone.  Check them out online or in select boutiques.

Definitely Do the Dew

I feel like I've been on an Australian kick lately (how deliciously awesome is Violet Crumble?) so when I saw Rosie Jane Cosmetics were made Down Under, I jumped at the chance to check them out.  The Lip Dew, which retails for $18.00, is a great moisturizing gloss that contains both shea butter and beeswax and really packs a powerful shine.  I got Tara, which is clear and looks fabulous alone or over lipstick (for extra shine).  It smells of vanilla, which I love, and keeps my lips soft and shiny even through my morning coffee (which is always a HUGE mug).  I love how delicately feminine the packaging is (lots of hot pink) and I smiled when I read on the back where it says "No koalas were harmed in the making of this product."  An adorable line and I have to say, Lip Dew is far superior to MAC Lipglass (sorry, MAC, I do still love you, but what can I say?)
