2-in-1: Lavanila's Multi-Tasker

I am crazy for Lavanila's perfumes.  They smell so amazing, contain no harsh chemicals and I can get them at my favorite place in the world:  Sephora.  Lavanila's The Healthy Body Wash 2-In-1 is just as fantastic but also has that extra-added bonus of being a dual purpose product (gotta love that, especially considering we all have multi-tasker on our resume, don't we?)  It really was no surprise that the body wash is incredibly moisturizing, smells as good as the perfumes and works up a great lather, but what really shocked me is how fantastic this stuff is for shaving!  Usually when I try a body wash-slash-shaving product, it's really drying and doesn't work well on my sensitive skin.  Lavanila's, however, is perfection in a tube.  No harsh chemicals, contains aloe and calendula which soothe the skin and I love that it comes in 5 delicious scents (Vanilla Grapefruit is my definite go-to).  My sensitive skin thanks you, Lavanila!  Retails at Sehora for $15.00.

Healthy SPF

I have become obsessed with Lavanila sunblock collection for kids so I am so excited to announce they have just released a collection for adults!  The Healthy SPF collection is 100% natural and contains no harsh ingredients so your skin will be very happy you chose this stuff.  I can't even tell you how wonderful their products really are.  The Body Sunscreen (SPF 30) melts into the skin quickly, smells fresh and is not sticky at all (I am serious - you don't even have to wipe off your hands because this sunscreen actually feels like a lotion).  The equally amazing Lip Screen (also SPF 30) has become my go-to for lip sunscreen.  I carry it everywhere with me and went out and bought a bunch to give to my mom and other moms on mother's day (see, I share when I get excited about something).  The lip screen comes in a flat disc so it's not bulky in the purse (thankfully).  I highly recommend Lavanila suncare, especially if you have sensitive skin (heck, if you have really sensitive skin I would buy the baby block which my son has been wearing since he was a little guy).  Lavanila - you are a hero to all us pale people.

Lavanila's Healthy Baby Search!

Okay, so LAVANILA (the awesome people who put out those yummy body lotions I am a huge fan of) are releasing baby care products.  I know, if you don't have a baby, this isn't particularly exciting, but for those of us with little ones, this is really fantastic news!  The Healthy Baby Collection, which is launching exclusively in Sephora stores nationwide, will be the only in-store baby collection carried by the prestige beauty leader.
 
To celebrate the launch of the Healthy Baby collection, LAVANILA is teaming up with Sephora on a nationwide search to find the new face of their healthy baby collection.  The Happy, Healthy Baby Search will run from May 12th to June 1st and will be open to children 6 months to 4 years old. 
 
To kick off the search, LAVANILA will hold an open casting call in New York City at the Sephora Fifth Avenue store.  Parents are encouraged to bring their babies to the store from 2pm to 6pm on Friday, May 14th to meet the judges, get their babies’ entry photo taken and receive samples of the new Healthy Baby Collection. The first 50 parents to attend the casting call will receive a Sephora gift card with a mystery value worth up to $100.
 
Parents outside of the New York City area are invited to enter the contest at Sephora.com/win/healthybaby from May 12th to June 1st. 
 
The grand prize winner will receive:  an opportunity to be face of LAVANILA BABY, a three day/two night trip for mommy and baby to New York City, a professional photo shoot, two keepsake photos from the photo shoot, the entire Healthy Baby Collection and a $500 Sephora gift card.  Two runners-up will also receive the entire LAVANILA Healthy Baby Collection and a $300 Sephora gift card.
