I remember using Finesse in the 80's when my mom would buy it from DeMoulas because it was on sale (any of you New Englanders will like the DeMoulas shout-out). Anyway, as I got older and started buying my own haircare products, I went away from Finesse and more toward salon brands. I have no freakin' clue why since I just tried their new ReVitality line and am totally hooked! The new formula was formulated for people in the 30plus age range to add more luster to their lifeless hair. Finesse tapped into the idea behind successful anti-aging skin creams and added collagen, CoQ10 and antioxidants to help improve the strength and softness in damaged hair. No, I don't consder myself to be old and I definitely never looked at my hair and thought "wow, hair, you're old" but I have definitely looked in the mirror and thought that my hair could stand to have a little more bounce which ReVitality totally adds. My hair is ridiculously soft, smells fantastic and has a shine that I've only seen after I've used a shine spray. Aside from the amazing results, I really am digging the flip top. Just a press of a button and voila, the cap pops up. I'm a sucker for stuff like that. Well, I have officially kicked my salon brands out of the coveted spot on my tiny shower shelf and have let Finesse reign supreme. Clearly my mom knew something I didn't back in the 80's. She also was right-on in hiding those pink, acid-washed stretch jeans from me. Thank you, Mom!
