Cos Bar Facial Wipes

I fell in love with the Cos Bar display at my Target and thought it was super-cool that Target is now featuring smaller shops which have become staples in various US Cities.  Unfortunately my love-fest with Cos Bar ended as soon as I actually tried what I bought.  Their facial cleansing wipes smell amazing (cucumber!) but don't take off anything at all.  I was shocked they didn't even take off foundation which is always the easiest thing to get off my skin!  Forget even trying to remove mascara or eyeliner.  What an utter waste of my 5.00.  I can only wonder - the products at their Aspen shop must be amazing and they lost something in the translation to Target, right?!

My Hair Has Never Looked So Good

There's something about a really great shampoo and conditioner that raises my spirits.  It's kind of the same feeling when you're rummaging through bins at Nordstrom Rack and pull out a Marc Jacobs that's only two-hundred bucks.  Basically, you weren't expecting it so when you find it you almost pass out in excitement.  I have  been using Aeto Botanica's Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner and I am pass out excited about them.  My hair looks shiny and feels softer than its felt in a while (yes, yes, I'm one of those hair-damagers).  After only using them a week, I have noticed a big difference in the strength of my hair (I'm not pulling out as many strands when I use my roller brush while drying) and the scent is really refreshing and uplifting.  A little goes a long way so the bottles will last you longer than you'd think, which is a good thing because they are definitely not cheap.  Even though you have to shell out a little extra cash, your hair will definitely thank you for it.  And by "thank you" I don't mean your hair will be shelling out for some new shoes and a nice dinner.
