It's been a little slow around here at Product Whores headquarters (AKA our couches) because the holiday season is ridiculously busy this year and I am swamped. Which is making my skin look, shall we delicately say, worse than usual? I even treated myself to a facial I should in no way have splurged on to try and make it a little more glow-y before I head to the east coast for Christmas. I'm also using Eminence's Pumpkin Latte Hydration Masque regularly to try and fight the dryness. (Damn you, Santa Ana winds!) As far as face masks go, this one is simple and quick. You smooth it on with your fingertips, diluting it with water if you'd like, and then leave it on for five minutes before removing with a damp washcloth. It's really easy - you can even do it right before bed or in the morning before you hop into the shower - and when you rinse it off, your skin feels great. I've been using it at night before I put on my thick, nighttime moisturizer (again, damn you, Santa Anas!) and together, the two of them are definitely keeping my skin way softer than it was before. Plus, it smells amazing. I don't know how to explain the scent because it oddly doesn't smell like coffee or pumpkin to me, but it's really pretty regardless. Very relaxing. I'd actually kinda forgotten about face masks lately (which may explain some of why it doesn't look great...) and this one's renewing my love for them. Bring it on, Santa Anas!
