Color Bomb!

My eternal quest for the perfect red lipstick is ongoing, as always, and as such, even though I already have about 200 choices at home, I couldn't resist picking up Too Faced's new Lip Injection Color Bomb! Moisture Plumping Tint in Eastwood Red this weekend.  I'm obsessed with Lip Injection products already and these new Color Bombs! come in six different shades, everything from neutral to this bright red.  I am completely in love with the shape of it - it makes applying even a deep shade like this simple and lets you cover your mouth in almost two quick swipes.  The formula is great too - it's packed with a ton of vitamins and mango butter so it feels almost like a balm.  It's not drying at all.  I will warn you, for those of you who don't like lip plumping products, this one DEFINITELY stings.  I mean, it's not something I couldn't handle and it didn't make me cry or anything, but it's a noticeable sting for the first five minutes or so that you're wearing it.  So if you're someone who hates that feeling or has super sensitive lips, these may not be for you.  But for those of you who like the plumping and don't mind a little bit of discomfort (me!) they're kinda awesome.  But the best part of Eastwood Red (which was actually inspired by actress Francesca Eastwood) is the color.  I love, love, love the shade of red that this gives me.  It's a deep, classic red - bright, but not too bright.  But definitely not for the shy or people who don't like to look like they're wearing makeup.  I bought it on Saturday and was chastising myself a little for spending more money on makeup, but then I wore it out that night and when my friend first saw me, the first thing she said was, "Oh my God, I love your lipstick!"  And instantly my guilt went away.  I'm easy like that.  $21 well spent!
