Medal in Metallics

Uch, why am I not at the Queen's Jubilee celebration in London right now?  It's my favorite place in the world (as I've said here many, many times) and all the news coverage of the concerts and the parties looks like so much fun.  And don't even get me started on how upset I am that I can't go for the Olympics either.  How fun would that be?  I would even agree not to bitch about the ridiculously long flight it would take to get there from Los Angeles (and that would require a lot of restraint on my part because that flight SUCKS).  Since I can't go, I'm consoling myself with Butter London's new Heavy Medal Trio.  It's a limited-edition set in honor of the Olympics with three metallic polishes in shades of gold, silver and bronze.  (They're shades you can buy individually too - the set contains The Old Bill, The Full Monty and Diamond Geezer.  All awesome names, right?)  I guess if I can't hop a flight to the UK, I'll have to content myself with playing around with these. Sigh...
