I have a confession to make. For a long time, I didn't use any body lotion. I don't know what I was thinking because my skin was definitely dry, but I feel like I'd used a bunch of greasy lotions and somehow convinced myself that all lotions were like that and it just wasn't worth it. Yeah, I was kinda stupid for someone who should definitely have known better. For the past six months or so though, I've been using St. Ives' Oatmeal and Shea Butter Lotion in the morning and at night and I'm totally obsessed with it. There's literally nothing not to like. The lotion isn't greasy at all, but it's super hydrating and keeps my skin far more moisturized than it has been in the past. it also has a great fresh, clean Shea Butter scent that doesn't overpower any of my perfumes, and it's really easy to find because you can pick it up at pretty much any drugstore. But best of all, it's the cheapest lotion I've ever owned at around $5 for a big 21 ounce container. It's so cheap that I pretty much just buy it in bulk (especially if I find it on sale) and I don't even have to pack it when I travel because I can just buy a new one at my destination. So much easier! Why did my previous self resist using body lotion for so long? I was an idiot!
I literally use it everyday. Effects are okay.

Company owner, Patricia Butter was looking for something to soothe the itchy, dry skin that both she and her daughter Evie had developed. She discovered that the waxy resin from calendula flowers in her garden was just the ticket! Soon she created a whole line of skin care products adding only food-safe, natural ingredients like local honey, organic aloe vera, organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter and organic jojoba oil.

Raise your hand if your skin gets extra dry over the winter. I'm seeing a lot of hands, right?
