I am a perfume junkie. It’s one of those addictions where, despite the lack of room on my dresser and my inability to get through full bottles, I keep insisting on buying a new scent when the moment strikes. This isn’t an addiction that started recently, either. I can remember the top of my dresser crowded with bottles of Exclamation, Electric Youth and various aerosols cans of Designer Imposters by Parfums de Coeur as a teen. Now, my addiction has gone way more expensive, and less and less drugstore. The newest addition to my collection (that word makes it sound more like a hobby and less like a sickness) is Breathe No 19 by Lollia. This is not a perfume I would usually be drawn to, but the scent is so refreshing. Peony and white lily with hints of grapefruit and orange make this perfume light but uplifting. The scent makes me so happy when I’m wearing it, I had to purchase the matching hand cream. The bottle has sweet pink flowers painted on the front and it comes with an adorable crystal decoration hanging from its neck. It’s really a bargain at only $44.00 for 3.5 oz. and I was able to fully justify my purchase because it’s really nothing like any other scent I own. I have to say, every time I wear it I get tons of compliments. I’m such an attention whore. Oh, and side note in case you were wondering: Parfums De Coeur still is making Designer Imposters. Fabulous.
