Sun-Not-So-Silk-Y

When I had read that Sunsilk was putting out five different shampoo/conditioner combinations made specifically for different types of hair, I was stoked.  Finally some cheap shampoo and conditioner that would change my life and my luscious locks.  I knew that the UK was privy to this line before we were, so as soon as I knew it had hit the shelves in America, I was so there.  And sadly, ended up more disappointed than when I found out my 25 year-old ex-boyfriend liked to collect Star Wars figurines (yes, sadly, this is true).  I tried the TLC for dry and damaged hair and it smells like drugstore cheap shampoo.  I know that sounds strange to say, but I like my shampoo to have a fresh scent to it and fresh, this was not.  I don’t feel like it’s a lot to ask that one’s hair smells yummy.  Aside from the icky scent, the conditioner did nothing for my very thick hair.  It was almost as if I hadn’t used conditioner at all.  But don’t just take my word for it – the company will send you any free samples you want.  Check out Sunsilk and click away so you can try it for yourself.  I have been known to be wrong once or twice in my life.
