As I ushered in 2011 I realized that I needed to commit myself to being cheap (frugal is much too classy a phrase for the likes of me) because, well, much like everyone else right now my income and expenses are not playing well together. Neutrogena's Fast Absorbing Hand Cream moisturizes hands without any stinging (you know how that can happen in winter when you have chapped hands) and without any greasiness at all. This stuff is seriously amazing. Smells fresh, super-affordable ($5.99) and you can get it anywhere (drugstores, supermarkets, online). Maybe this year-of-the-cheap won't be so bad, afterall.
