Continuing my apparent quest to own every eyeliner ever made, I bought more this weekend. I don't really feel bad about it this time though, because all four were in Smashbox's Wish For The Perfect Pencils set and it was only $16. (I think in my head, any time I can get out of Sephora spending less than $20, it doesn't even count). The pencils aren't full-sized, but they're not miniatures either - they're somewhere in between, which is more than enough to last you a long time. The shades included in the set are Onyx, Orchid, Graphite, and 14k, and they're all smooth and easily blendable. (I have good luck with Smashbox eyeliners - they seem to work really well on me). I've been looking for a subtle gold liner for awhile and I really like 14k - it's definitely gold and shimmery, but not in a crazy disco kind of way. I would definitely wear it in the daytime, paired with maybe a copper or dark brown shadow. Plus, for every WISH purchase made, Smashbox will donate $1 (up to $25,000) to Children's Miracle Nework, a non-profit organization that helps provide medical care, life-saving research and on-going education to help kids fight diseases and injuries. I love when my crazy makeup buying addiction actually helps people as well...

Perfect pencils, to get perfect eyes.
