I've suddenly become all about highlighters. I'm totally into using them to make my skin glow, whether it's on my cheekbones or my brow bone. They're just... fun. Why didn't I ever get into them before? I feel like I should definitely have been wearing these all the time when I was like, 25, but hey - better late than never. Especially when they come packaged in these cool purple compacts with a skull on them. (They make me feel totally badass, which is a pretty big accomplishment considering I just saw a spider in my kitchen and was so freaked out that first I screamed, then sprayed it with Raid, then stepped on it, THEN flushed it down the toilet. I really did not want it making a reappearance in my life in the middle of the night). The Urbanglow Cream Highlights come in four different shades - Brown Sugar, Moonshine, Sin, and Wicked - and I've been trying out Brown Sugar and Sin. (Side note - that is totally what I would name my band if I had any musical talent whatsoever). I like Brown Sugar (the goldish-brown shade pictured above) but I love, love, love Sin. It's a pearly, shimmery champagne shade that I can't stop putting on. It looks so pretty when I use it on my brow bones and I just now read online that you can also put it on your temples, which I'm totally going to try tomorrow because really, shouldn't everyone's temples glow? It looks so pretty when the light catches it and while the texture feels slightly greasy on your fingertips, it's not at all once you put it on your skin. Definitely $24 you'll be happy that you parted part with.
