I love getting highlights, but I hate how expensive the little buggers are! So when I saw Streekers I had to give them a try. I grabbed a few thirteen-year-olds and we went to town on our hair to see if the colors were as cool as they looked in the magazines. Streekers come in 8 awesome colors (blue, pink, yellow, orange, purple, green, ultraviolet and red) and have these great wands which makes the colors easy to apply. Unfortunately, however, we all had very different results. Those of us with dark brown and black hair couldn't see the colors well (boo!) but the other two girls with light brown and blonde hair got the cool streaks we wanted. Basically, if you have light hair, you'll be happy with these temporary colors, but if you have dark hair, don't waste your money. Streekers are only $10.95 a color and wash out very easily, which is a bonus after a night of hard partying when your hair is left matted (does that really happen or is that only in the movies?) Oh, and we found that applying the color in smaller sections worked much better (big streaks were sticky.) Well, even though I couldn't channel my inner rock star because of my dark hair, if I ever decide to dye my hair light brown, I'm checking Streekers out again.

It's so lucky for me to find your blog! So shocking and great! Just one suggestion: It will be better and easier to follow if your blog can offer rrs subscription service.
